About Us
We are a 60 acre mixed regenerative farm nestled in Haiku, Hawaii run by Walt and Anna. We have a passion for nutrient rich foods, gardening and self sufficiency. We happily provide the community of Maui with a locally grown and price friendly alternative to imported produce. All of our value added products are made on site in our FDA certified kitchen.
Kapu’ai Valley Farms uses organic methods for our vegetables, fruits and meats.
We are proud to be a pesticide free farm and use alternative organic farming methods. We use permaculture concepts when we can and have a 5 acre food forest that provides our farm with seasonal fruits year round.
We have heritage breed cattle, swine, and poultry that are fed a nutrient dense organic diet. Our cattle are on 20 acres of pasture and are grass fed. Contact us if you have any questions about our organic cattle, swine or chicken.
